When you request a Free EICR Readiness Report we collect your name, mobile number, email address and the full property address, together with the property details and deadline you choose. You may optionally add notes, photographs or an existing EICR after submitting your request.

Where available we also record advertising identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID), UTM campaign parameters, the original landing page and the referring URL, so we can understand which advertising brought you here.

We use the information to prepare your EICR Readiness Report, to contact you about that request and to recommend a suitable EICR service. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

You are not required to accept marketing to receive your report, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing as a result of this request.

Enquiry records are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, to provide any service you go on to book, and to meet legal or insurance obligations.

Your information is available to our EICR team and to the service providers that host this website, our database and our email. It is not sold and is not shared for unrelated marketing.
