The Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) Readiness Report is provided free of charge. No credit or debit card is required, no payment is taken, and requesting the report does not commit you to booking an EICR.

The EICR Readiness Report is based on the information provided. It is not an electrical inspection or safety assessment and cannot predict the result of an EICR. Only inspection and testing by a suitably qualified person can determine the condition of an electrical installation.

The report does not replace an EICR, does not assess electrical safety, does not confirm that a property is safe, does not predict whether an EICR will be satisfactory, does not guarantee a pass, and cannot diagnose electrical faults from photographs.

EICRs cannot be booked or paid for through this website. A member of our team will discuss any paid service with you separately once your property information has been reviewed.

Where a quotation, invoice or payment is issued, the contracting party is EPC Bookings (Harrow) Ltd (company number 17031826), trading as Property Electrics.
